"What a delightful find! One of the best restaurant meals we've had in years. Mussels are bathed in a sauce that is so incredible that we wouldn't let them take the dish away. Taro fries are highly recommended. Salmon and scallop entrees are creative, well balanced, and portioned reasonably. Service is attentive and patient. Room is gorgeous. Agree with other reviewers that tables are close and noise level is certainly energetic. Very happy Open Table led us here."

"Went with business colleagues for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food and cocktails were great, we highly recommend the muscles appetizer and the old fashioned was perfect! It was fun trying a whisky flight, too. The staff was very efficient and friendly, and the place was comfortable with that neighborhood feel. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to get a desert, and the crispy marshmallows with the chocolate cake were phenomenal. Overall, couldn't have asked for better & will keep The Franklin Room on our list of places to return to."
